shipping & returns

1. shipping policy

we ship our products with care. since many of our pieces are bespoke or limited, production and shipping times can vary. estimated lead times are provided for each product. once your order is processed, you will receive tracking information via e-mail. shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the nature of the shipment.

2. bespoke & custom orders

products clearly tailored to your individual specifications (bespoke/custom orders) are excluded from returns and refunds. the contract for such items is binding once confirmed by us.

3. returns & inspection

if you are eligible for a return (non-custom items):

• notification: you must notify us of your return intent within 14 days of receipt.

• condition: returned goods must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.

• inspection: reimbursement is strictly contingent upon our inspection of the goods upon arrival. we reserve the right to refuse reimbursement if the items are returned damaged or used.

• costs: you bear the direct cost of return shipping.

4. damages

please inspect your items upon delivery. in the event of transport damage, you must contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and the product so that we can resolve the issue swiftly.
