shipping & returns
1. shipping policy
we ship our products with care. since many of our pieces are bespoke or limited, production and shipping times can vary. estimated lead times are provided for each product. once your order is processed, you will receive tracking information via e-mail.
shipping costs: within the eu, furniture ships free; smaller pieces such as the care kit cost €12, free from €250. outside the eu, shipping is €100 per order for furniture and €29 for smaller pieces.
collection by your own carrier: at checkout you can choose to have your order collected from our workshop in alling by a carrier of your choice, at no cost from us. shipping, insurance and customs are then arranged by you.
customs: for deliveries outside the eu, import duties, taxes and customs fees are paid by the recipient. for orders to the usa, please choose collection by your own carrier or write to us before ordering.
2. bespoke & custom orders
products clearly tailored to your individual specifications (bespoke/custom orders) are excluded from returns and refunds. the contract for such items is binding once confirmed by us.
3. returns & inspection
if you are eligible for a return (non-custom items):
notification: you must notify us of your return intent within 14 days of receipt.
condition: returned goods must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.
inspection: reimbursement is strictly contingent upon our inspection of the goods upon arrival. we reserve the right to refuse reimbursement if the items are returned damaged or used.
costs: you bear the direct cost of return shipping.

4. damages
please inspect your items upon delivery. in the event of transport damage, you must contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and the product so that we can resolve the issue swiftly.
